Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we offer you the choice to exchange the product for any wholesale transaction within two days of the receipt of the goods as per the following terms and conditions.
If you want to return or exchange the product for the purpose of mismatch of size (the wrong size delivered) or reception of a faulty product or wrong product shipped by us, we will provide you the replacement of the product. You have to ship back the product to us which you want to be replaced. Once we received the product in our warehouse in good and original condition we will process your product for replacement.
We won't be able to provide you the exchange if you require a different size or any other product you ordered.
We will try our best to deliver the maximum products you ordered. But in case of any product being stock out, you can select any alternative products from our website of the same value. In case if the price of the new product is more than the product you ordered, you have to make an additional payment for the difference amount.
We do not accept the exchange or returns for Fashion jewelry and accessories. The list of things where exchanges or returns aren't supported includes Jewelry products like Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Bridal Sets, Mangalsutras, Pendants, Necklace sets, chains, Tikkas, and Rings, etc. and accessories like Clutch Purses, Hand Bags, etc.
Products you want to exchange or return should be fresh and in their original condition with original packaging and tags intact and shouldn't be broken or tampered.
You have to ship the products on your end to us meant for exchange or return purposes. We advise you to use a trusted and economical courier service for the return purpose. Please discuss with our customer care representatives for the selection of shipping company, service type and cost of transportation. We are not liable for any loss or damage of parcel in transit.
You have to bear the shipping costs while returning the products to us. We won't pay the returning shipping cost in any case.
We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for stitched clothes such as custom stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with a custom stitched blouse, petticoat, ready pleats, Custom stitched salwar kameez and lehenga choli, etc.
Please note: If you opt for the cash on delivery payment option then you have to accept the shipment. In case any customer refuses the delivery then they have to bear both side shipping costs. We will send you the total amount for both side shipping and our bank details for the payment.
Payment refund: If you made the payment via PayPal or ccavenue then we will deduct 10% of the total order amount as payment gateway fee and will refund the remain amount to your original account.
Regardless of the above or any other supply, we're under no obligation to take any returns or offer any replacements or exchange or store credit. We've got sole discretion in deciding whether to take back the products or not based on the merit of the situation. We have the sole authority to decide on a case by case basis.
